The river cruise holidays from Emerald Cruises have been increasingly popular since their launch and have even seen 2015 cruises fully booked already. Stone’s review offers many reasons for this, perhaps most notable of which being the ‘good service.’
‘Making its mark with its impressive fleet’
Enjoying the eight-day Danube Delights Danube river cruise Stone had nothing but praise for her Emerald Cruises experience. From the staff, which she described as ‘superb’ to the ‘fairytale’ experiences Emerald Cruises provide as a part of our itineraries.
Stone’s review gives an honest account of what guests can come to expect on board one of the Emerald Cruises ‘Star-Ships’ saying that ‘you would be more than happy with an Emerald Star stateroom’ after finding her room to have a cool and contemporary colour scheme, generous storage, luxury toiletries and ‘a clever inside-outside set-up’ in the cabins.
One particular point that Stone seemed impressed with was the quality of tea. Perhaps one of the simplest pleasures listed in Stone’s review was being able to make a pot of tea with Twinings English Breakfast teabags, a fact that ‘certainly pleased the many British guests’ on board.
The dining options offered an ‘excellent choice’ but it was the staff in particular that seemed to really impress in this review.
‘The staff are superb. Nothing was too much trouble as I found when I realised my carpet beater was too big for my suitcase: the receptionist took it away and returned it three inches shorter and a perfect fit. Now that is what I call good service.’
As exceptional service is something that we pride ourselves on at Emerald Cruises we seek to continue to go above and beyond our guests’ expectations.
