The new simplified tier structure

The new unified Scenic & Emerald Rewards loyalty program features four loyalty tiers, each one designed to reward your continued trust in us with experiences and benefits that enhance your journey. There are a number of changes happening to the tiers that may impact you.   

We’re removing the Silver and Platinum tiers in each of the current loyalty programs, to create a clearer, more rewarding structure. If your current tier is being removed, you’ll automatically be upgraded to the next tier level — no one loses tier status, and many members will see an immediate elevation in their recognition.   

We are also adjusting the number of status points needed for each tier in the new program. There will be an increase to the number of points needed to reach the Diamond, Emerald and Chairmans Club tiers, to better reflect the value and rewards offered at these levels. If you are an existing member in a tier where the points threshold is increasing, you’ll receive a top up points to ensure you keep the same tier as you currently are – to ensure that no member will go backwards.

What do I need to do?

Your new Scenic & Emerald Rewards membership tier will be calculated using your previous bookings and existing status points across both programs. From 10 February 2026, your membership will transition automatically as the current program terms conclude and the new terms commence. 

Then, everything else happens automatically - your points will combine, your tier will be updated, and you’ll be ready to enjoy the enhanced new program.
